  4. GREEN FLAG CONFIRMATION

    • Look for: clear data deletion, reasonable refund policy, account portability

  5. KEY AREAS BREAKDOWN

    • Data: What's collected, used, shared, deleted
    • Content: What rights you grant over uploads
    • Money: Billing, auto-renewal, refunds
    • Rights: Dispute resolution, arbitration, class actions
