3. Analyze the lease using the systematic approach:

1. RED FLAG SCAN - Excessive fees, illegal clauses, waiver of rights
2. KEY TERMS - Rent, deposits, term, rules, maintenance, termination
3. RATING - 🟢 Standard, 🟡 Restrictive, 🔴 Concerning/unenforceable


4. Provide summary:
- Overall assessment (tenant-friendly, standard, landlord-friendly)
- Top concerns to clarify before signing
- Clauses that may be unenforceable locally
- Questions for landlord


5. Save analysis to `session/lease-analysis.json`.
Present summary with assessment and key concerns.
