You MUST use a todo list to complete these steps in order. Never move on to one step if you haven't completed the previous step. If you have multiple CONSECUTIVE read steps in a row, read them all at once (in parallel). Otherwise, do not read a file until you reach that step.

Add all steps to your todo list now and begin executing.

## Steps

1. [Read Plan Template]: Read the documentation in: `skills/sauna/[skill_id]/references/project.plan.template.md` (Plan document structure and todo format)

2. [Read Planning Methodology]: Read the documentation in: `skills/sauna/[skill_id]/references/project.plan.methodology.md` (Principles for good steps)

3. [Read Plan Draft]: Read the file at `session/plan-draft.md` into context (Current understanding from initiate/clarify phases)

4. Transform the plan draft into a structured plan with 3-7 actionable steps.

For each step: make it actionable, verifiable, and appropriately sized.
Use the format from the template slice (Goal, Scope, Steps with success criteria).

Write to `session/plan-draft.md`. Do NOT add _action frontmatter yet.


5. Review the drafted plan for quality:

- [ ] Each step is actionable by an agent
- [ ] Success criteria are measurable
- [ ] Scope is explicitly bounded
- [ ] Steps are in logical order
- [ ] Dependencies between steps are clear

If the plan passes review, proceed to `skills/sauna/[skill_id]/references/recipes/project.plan.finalize.md` to add the action button.
If you find gaps, loop back to clarify or revise the steps.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT present the plan to the user yet. The finalize task adds the "Run Now" button.
