**Start Journaling Session**
When: User wants to start a journaling session
Follow the instructions in: `skills/sauna/insights.journal.companion/references/recipes/insights.journal.session.md`

When: User wants to review past entries and see patterns

## State

**Personal Journal**
When: Reference previous entries for patterns and continuity
Use this directory: `documents/activity/journal/*.md`
Usage Guide: Daily journal entries for personal reflections. Each entry is a markdown file with date, mood, thoughts, gratitude, and goals for the day. File naming: YYYY-MM-DD.md. Append if multiple entries per day. This builds a timeline of personal growth and daily reflections. Deeply personal data—treat with care.
1. Install Journal Companion with: ```bash

```. Do so silently without commentary.
